I’ve never ever thought of visiting Kansas City, MO until I just saw your restaurant on HGTV! I wish you could ship to Atlanta!! Everything looked so yummy!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!!
I just watched the segment and had to find your website right away so I could bookmark it – I’m in St. Louis, but I am thinking that I need to take a road trip for one of those sandwiches! I was really blown away by the attention to detail, and will definitely be stopping by the next time I’m in KC.

Watched the show last night and I am in love with your menu! I reside in Maryland which you may already know is 17 hours 27 mins away but very willing to make the trip out there to try your beautiful sandwiches!! OR you can bring your joint to us!

OMG!!! We are devout Triple D fans, and when I saw the episode on Monday, Tuesday we came and tried you guys out, and we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT! I had the flank steak sammy and my friend had your Thai Chicken wraps. They were both awesome, and my friend is still today talkin’ about those wraps. We will definitely be back! You guys rocked it!
I have to share…. I just got in on tail end of the show last night and I was not able to get the name of the restaurant, so I got online this morning to see where it was, as it caught my attention that much…. I was SOOOOOO excited to see you are in KC — I live in Leavenworth!! I will be visiting real soon ! Everything looked wonderful
Saw the episode on Monday night; I am a FN junkie. I especially wanted to watch the program when I saw a KC eatery was on the show. I work in the KC west bottoms and frequent the River Market area for lunch. I had heard of Happy Gillis, but just never ventured far enough east to try it out. I did today and it did not disappoint. The flank steak sandwich, which was featured on Triple D, was phenomenal. I also had the Bouktouf soup; nicely done. I will go back, for sure! Only thing to be weary of; plan to get there early because if it is busy you will be hard pressed to get a seat.
Just watched Diners Drive-ins and Dives. I will drive from Lenexa (where we have no good eateries) to your place to have lunch.
